Return Window

Customers can return books within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, books must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and unused.

Return Process

Customers can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team via email or WhatsApp. We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Options

Cash Refunds are not allowed. Customers can buy any book(s) of same value.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Special Considerations

Damaged or Faulty Books: We'll provide a replacement for books that are damaged or faulty.
Incorrect Book: If the wrong book is shipped, we'll provide a replacement.
