The Author Mr. lmtiaz Ahmed is a Civil Servant from Azad Kashmir Administrative Services with 19 years of working in Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir. He has done Master in Anthropology from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad and a graduate of Government College Lahore. His Second Master in International Development Management is from University of Bradford. He has Law Degree (LLB) from AJK University. During his career he worked has Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner Neelum, Muzaffarabad, Additional Secretary Home, Inspector General Prison, Program Director PPHI, Director General Sports. Youth & Culture, Director General Civil Defense, Commissioner Poonch Division, Commissioner Muzaffarabad, Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Cell, Secretary Tourism, Archaeology, Sports, Youth and Culture Azad Kashmir and presently working as Sectary PPH (Physical Planning and Housing) . He has participated in International Trainings and Conferences in India, Nepal, USA and United Kingdom.
