About the Author

Subir K Ghosh (b. 1958) is a teacher and ecologist mostly concentrated in wetland research. He obtained his Masters degree in Botany and Ph.D. degree in Ecology from Kalyani University, India. He is an expert in sustainable development of wetlands especially in exploring ecology and the economic potentialities of wetland plant communities.
