About the Author

Barbara Kimmel is a publisher of reference books. She is the author/co-author of the nationally acclaimed book, Immigration Made Simple, now in its sixth edition, and co-author of Citizenship Made Simple. Ms. Kimmel also worked as an immigration consultant for many years, guiding thousands of aliens through the U.S. Immigration and U.S. Citizenship processes.Alan Lubiner is an attorney who has been practicing Immigration Law since 1975. He was employed by the Immigration & Naturalization Service for many years, and since 1981 he has been in private law practice in Cranford, New Jersey. Mr. Lubiner is the immediate past Chairman of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. He received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Lubiner is the co-author of Immigration Made Simple and Citizenship Made Simple.
