About the Author

Arafat Madi Shoukri is Director of the Council for European-Palestinian Relations (CEPR). He has participated in many conferences on the issue of Palestinian refugees and is a regular commentator in the media about the current affairs of the Palestinian refugees. He holds a PhD from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
