About the Author

Gerald Michaelson is author of Sun Tzu: The Art of War for Managers, Winning the Marketing War, Building Bridges to Customers, and 50 Ways to Close a Sales (and Keep the Customer for Life). He has visited China to address a symposium on Sun Tzu and conducts workshops for an agency of the Chinese government. He has traveled extensively throughout Asia as a management coach and has delivered presentations and workshops to audiences on five continents.
