About the Author

David Mamet is the author of numerous award-winning plays, including Glengary Glen Boss, Oleanna, Speed the Plow, and The Old Neighborhood, as well as novels, essay collections, and books on the art and craft of writing and directing. His screenplay credits include The Spanish Prisoner and House of Games (both of which he also directed) as well as the Oscar—nominated Wag the Dog. He lives in Vermont.
