About the Author

Emeritus Prof Tasnim Ahsan Is A Well Known Internist Endocrinologist And A Teacher. She Graduated From Dow Medical College In 1978, And Subsequently After Completion Of Mandatory House-Job Training In Surgery And Medicine, Proceeded To UK, Where She Completed Rotational Training In Internal Medicine And Medical Sub-Specialties, Whilst Working In Stobhill General Hospital And Ruchill Hospital In Glasgow, From 1981 To 1984. She Obtained Her MRCP (UK) 1983 & Has Subsequently Been Awarded Fellowship Of All 3 Royal Colleges Of (UK).
