About the Author

apoleon Hill was born in poverty in Virginia in 1883 where he started working as a journalist for small newspapers. In 1908 he wrote a series of articles about rich and famous men which proved to be a turning point in his career. Hill was already obsessed with solving the enigma of laws of personal success when he met Andrew Carnegie, the great American businessman of his era. Not only did Carnegie offered him an insight into his methodology of success but also introduced him to Henry Ford who in turn introduced him to other great men of his time including Alexander Graham Bell and Thomas Edison.
